 Katherine Heigl is an Emmy-winning American actress and producer with a net value of $33 million. Katherine Heigl is most well-known for her performance on the ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" in which she was a star between 2005 and 2010. In a shocking number of Hollywood actors, Katherine Heigl began her professional career as a young model, and eventually made the shift to acting in her late teens. She was a star and co-star in numerous TV and film films, including "That Night", Under Siege 2: Dark Territory", and "Prince Valiant" and soon became the most well-known name on "Roswell" which was a sci-fi romantic on the newly formed WB network. The show lasted for the entire three seasons and then shifted back and forth between film and television work in the early 2000s. In 2005, she was a cast member in a new series called, "Grey's Anatomy". The show went on to award her multiple awards for her work on the show which included an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her choice to leave the show to pursue her film career was met with some resentment by the viewers of the show,
